V. Finance Director 

1. Finance Report-Discussion

Matt Melvin reviewed the report provided in the packet with the committee including the County expansion, jail plumbing project, courthouse HVAC and Grundy resiliency project.

RESULT: INFORMATIONAL ONLY

2. ARP Request Update-Action

Melvin proposed that the committee recommend the allocation of the remaining pending ARP funding, plus interest ($7,000,000 total) to the Phase I & II County expansion project, removing the remaining pending projects, as well as the board audio/video project. He also stated that with this, the ARP funding is 100% obligated and thanked those that supported him in the three year process.

The motion was to recommend to the County Board the ARP funding allocations as presented in the agenda packet.

Drew Muffler provided the information from the March 15, 2024 ETSB meeting and reviewed the highlights.

A. Animal Control Director Salary

1. Animal Control Director Job Description

The salary range for the position was increased from $45,000-$55,000 to $65,000-$75,000. The current budget for the position is $61,850.
